Ingredients

- 1 frozen banana

- ½ cup frozen berries

- ½ cup Greek yoghurt (coconut yoghurt alternaFve)

- 1 tbsp honey (opFonal)

- Toppings: Granola, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes

Method

1. Blend banana, berries and yoghurt unFl smooth

2. Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings.
