Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • ½ cup greek yoghurt (coconut yoghurt alternative)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • toppings: granola, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes

Method

1. Blend banana, berries and yoghurt until smooth

2. Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings.
