Overnight Oats (VG)

Ingredients

- ½ cup rolled oats

- ½ of milk (almond or dairy)

- ¼ cup Greek yoghurt (coconut yoghurt alternaFve)

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 1tbsp honey or maple syrup

- ½ tsp vanilla

- Fresh fruits (berries, banana or apple slices)

Method

1. In a jar mix the oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract

2. SFr well and refrigerate overnight

3. In the morning add the fresh fruit and enjoy!
