Overnight Oats (VG)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ of milk (almond or dairy)
  •  ¼ cup Greek yoghurt (coconut yoghurt alternaFve)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Fresh fruits (berries, banana or apple slices)

Method

1. In a jar mix the oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract

2. Stir well and refrigerate overnight

3. In the morning add the fresh fruit and enjoy!
