No Bake Chocolate Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia or flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp water if needed

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Roll into balls and refrigerate 30 mins.
  3. Store in fridge up to 1 week.

Tip: Add a pinch of sea salt or cinnamon for flavour depth.
