Studio by Tierney is an online membership platform created by Tierney Heap to help women reconnect with themselves through joyful ballet movement, nutrition support, and holistic wellness.

Membership Terms

  • Pricing: Your membership includes access to on-demand classes, guided nutrition support, community spaces, and additional resources.
  • Trial & Founding Offer: New members receive a 7-day free trial. Founding members will lock in a special rate of £9.99/month for the lifetime of their active subscription, unless cancelled. If membership cancelled the Founding member price will no longer be valid. The standard rate of £14.99/month applies thereafter.
  • Billing: Payments are billed monthly/annually in advance via our secure payment provider.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your membership anytime through your account. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused access.

Respecting Each Other – Community Conduct

Studio by Tierney is a safe and uplifting space. We ask all members to:

  • Treat each other with kindness and respect.
  • Refrain from posting offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.
  • Keep login details private — sharing your login with others is not allowed.
  • Use content for personal use only. No redistribution or resale.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these guidelines.

Your Health Is Important

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing.
  • Our content is for general wellness purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • You have consulted a healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, postnatal, or have pre-existing health concerns.
  • Studio by Tierney and its creators are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or outcomes resulting from your participation.

Intellectual Property

All videos, workouts, PDFs, guides, recipes, and written content are the property of Studio by Tierney. This includes anything shared in the membership area, on our website, or in private groups.

  • Copy, share, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
  • Use our name or branding for any purpose without consent.

Privacy & Data Protection

We care about your privacy. Our separate Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR and other applicable laws.
