Baked Oat Bars

Makes 8-10 Bars

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 2 tbsp chopped nuts, seeds, or dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Press into a lined square baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20–25 mins or until golden. Cool completely before slicing.
