Scrambled Eggs with Feta & Spinach (V)

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup spinach
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta
- 1tbsp buXer or olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
1. Whisk eggs in a bowl
2. Heat buXer or oil in a pan and saute the spinach unFl wilted
3. Pour eggs into the pan and sFr gently
4. When the eggs are almost done, add in the feta cheese
5. Season with salt & pepper
