DAY 11 - Retiré Passé Promenade

DAY 11 - Retiré Passé Promenade

Today’s Balletmas challenge is all about control, balance, and deep turnout activation. You’ll work through retiré passé promenades on both sides, turning en dehors and en dedans, focusing on maintaining a lifted posture, steady supporting leg, and clean rotation. This exercise strengthens your standing-leg stability, improves your pirouette preparation, and enhances overall placement. Expect a slow, focused challenge that reveals exactly where your balance and technique can grow.
