Phase 1
Rebuild
Start strong by going back to basics. In this phase we focus on gentle, ballet inspired movement to rebuild strength, stability and confidence. It's all about reconnecting with your body, improving your posture and laying the foundation for sustainable progress.

Recharge
Now that the foundation is set, it's time to build momentum. This phase brings fresh energy with dynamic flows and increased intensity. You'll boost endurance, refine technique and start to feel your strength return.

Power
Step into your full potential. The final phase challenges you with powerful, expressive movement designed to enhance strength, stamina and confidence. You'll finish feeling strong, capable and empowered.
