The workout

Rebuild Full Body 4: A very barre-inspired workout, targeting the full full body with a variety of ballet style exercises. You'll need something to hold onto... a ballet barre, chair or worktop will work, feel the burn and enjoy! 

 

Rebuild Stretch: These are your basic stretches that cover all main muscle groups. If you can add these onto your everyday workout, that's amazing. If not, let's try to do at least once a week.
